The team at Polygon has taken the backers-only beta version of Pillars of Eternity for a spin, the result of which is a hands-on, nearly 14-minute video preview of Obsidian's Infinity Engine-inspired RPG. If you haven't yet had a chance to check out the beta yourself, this will at least give you a better idea of what to expect from the game:
