Game Informer has published a video interview with Eidos Montreal executive narrative director Mary DeMarle, who explains why she thinks an in-house writing team is really important for a game like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, why the development team chose to set part of the game in Prague, and how Adam Jensen's narrative arc will evolve compared to Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's a short (only 5 minutes in total) but dense interview so I'd recommend a watch to anyone who has a cursory interest in the title's story and setting.
