So you weren't as thrilled as you thought you would be about the stretch goals for The Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep? Well, there's an all-new stretch goal to pursue, as Brian Fargo has posted a tweet indicating that he will move forward on trying to buy Interplay back if their newly released RPG sells 2 million units over the next 18 months. That gives us until March 18th, 2020 to buy as many copies as we can to get the remaining IPs back in the hands of the former CEO:

I'm asked what would we do if Bard's Tale 4 PC is a big hit.

How about this stretch goal. I will attempt to buy Interplay back if we manage to sell over 2 million units in the first 18 months.
