According to this update on the game's website, you'll be able to participate in the Meat Week seasonal event for Fallout 76 between April 26, 2022 and May 10, 2022. And once you're done with that, you should consider transferring your Bethesda Launcher account over to Steam, as starting May 11th, you won't be able to access the game otherwise.
Here's more on that:
Welcome back to Inside the Vault! Appalachia is beginning to warm up, and starting next Tuesday, you’ll be able to crank up the heat even further by attending the Meat Week Seasonal Event. This time, we’re serving up a double portion of Meat Week, and you can catch all the info below. Additionally, we’re sharing a reminder about the upcoming migration to Steam for our Bethesda Launcher community, as well as details on how you can earn up to double the usual daily Caps this weekend.
MEAT WEEK IS COMING IN HOT!
Grahm the Super Mutant and his buddy Chally the Moo-Moo are moseying their way over to the Forest to fire up the grill for Meat Week on Tuesday, April 26. They’ve got everything they will need to throw a fantastic party for all their human friends. Everything, that is, except for the meat!
As usual, Grahm is looking to grill up the finest fare that Appalachia can provide, and nothing quite compares to a cut of Prime Meat. Throughout Meat Week, Primal Cuts events will appear every 15 minutes in three different Appalachian regions at once. Hunt down the prime beasts who are drawn to Grahm’s lures at those locations to earn some Prime Meat, and then make sure to bring it with you when you attend the Meat-Cook.
Every hour, at the top of the hour, Grahm and Chally will appear just south of Vault 76 in the Forest to kick off Grahm’s Meat-Cook. Throughout the event, they’ll need a few helping hands to host a successful shindig. Work together with other party guests to turn the meat spits, play a few tunes on the drums, clean up after Chally, and put out any fires that spring up, among other activities. The more successful the Meat-Cook, the better your chances to earn rare rewards! Don’t forget to fork over the Prime Meat you’ve collected to Grahm, because he’s happy to share some Legendary Scrip with you as payment for your efforts.
We hope you’re hungry, because this celebration of all things meat is returning for two full weeks, starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on April 26, and lasting until May 10.
IT’S ALMOST MIGRATION TIME
If you play Fallout 76 on PC through Bethesda.net, we wanted to share a reminder with you that the ability to migrate your Bethesda Launcher account to Steam will open up on April 27. That day, we’re going to launch our migration tool, which will help you quickly and easily transition your Bethesda Launcher account, your games, progress, and wallet balances over to Steam. Starting May 11, Fallout 76 will become inaccessible through the Bethesda Launcher, and you will then need to migrate in order to continue your Appalachian Adventures. To show our appreciation for all Bethesda Launcher players who make the switch between April 27 – May 11, we’re going to grant you 10 rank-ups during Season 9 to help give your Scoreboard progress a boost.
In case you’ve got more questions about the migration process, we’ve got you covered. Read the articles below to catch all the details before you make the move to Steam in the coming weeks.
