Of course, all of that prettiness is nothing without real substance. D&D (and AD&D) players love having as much content as possible. Right now, the PC races players will be able to choose from are Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Gnomes, Half-Elves, Half-Orcs, and Halflings. (Sorry, no Half-Trolls, Dragons or other wild races, though DMs can control NPCs and monsters - more on that later.) The classes available to PCs are Fighters, Barbarians, Paladins, Rangers, Clerics, Druids, Rogues, Bards, Monks, Wizards, and Sorcerers.
