MassiveMultiplayer.org has conducted an interview with Sanya Thomas of Mythic Entertainment, asking her about her job responsibilities, what is currently being worked on in DAoC, and where she sees the game going in the future:

[Meatball] - Where do you see the game in 3 months? 6 Months? 1 Year and beyond?

[Sanya] - Exponential increases in content. Classes with all their stuff plus something to make them "sexy" too. "Cool stuff" being added. New kinds of servers so more player types can find a server to suit their style. Battles being really amazing things as more players organize and learn to lead. More support for player events. I can't think a year ahead, though, so I won't try and project that far. (Well, that and I asked my coworkers to not tell me anything that's currently just a dream, so the stuff a year away is not anything I've been privy to.)
