You will be able to record games. There is a possibility that a system could be set up for protesting game results when cheating is suspected, but our mention of this concept is speculative and Blizzard has not pursued this notion beyond considering it lightly. Blizzard may agree to review the recorded games, if the games are of enough significance (for example, amongst top ladder players) to merit the time and trouble. If cheating is determined to have occurred, action could be taken against the cheater, such as lowering the cheater's ladder position, removing him from the ladder, or closing his account altogether.
