This version of 1.48 has the 35% RvR damage reduction removed. Testing feedback on this change has been mixed, so we're going to put 1.48 up with everything except the RvR damage reduction, and then go back to Pendragon for continued testing. This is a change we don't want to rush - we want to make sure that a change of this magnitude doesn't go live until it is absolutely deemed the right thing to do.

1.48 is slated to go live tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 8:00am Eastern Time.
