A bit late, but Verant leaked the news that they are developing the next expansion to the reigning popularity king of the MMORPG, Everquest, entitled: Planes of Power. You can visit the newly opened Official Page for the game, and then take a look at GameSpy's interview with the Exec. Producer, Rod Humble, which goes into a little detail on what it contains, as in these examples:

Q: Including The Planes of Power, can you give us a rough count of the size of EverQuest in its entirety?

A: More than 165 zones.

Q: Will The Planes of Power use the new Luclin engine?

A: Yes, it will.

Q: It seemed as though many players had to substantially upgrade their computers to use Luclin. Do you expect to see this happen again with The Planes of Power?

A: No, we do not. In fact, since the launch of Luclin we have introduced a series of patches that reduced Luclin's system requirements.
