Shadowbane News Updates

Well I apologise for the delay and lack of updates lately. Hopefully this'll help make up for it.

First up, the most interesting (in my opinion). A German preview at Gamesweb.com is now out. The review itself is in German, obviously, but there are plenty of screens! :) The preview states that the release of the game is going to be this summer. And while the exact date is definetly up in the air, Wolfpack has said many times it'll be done when it's done and not before; Wolfpack has added 200 new beta testers to the lineup here in the US test run in part by UbiSoft.

Also from across the big pond comes a review from Kilmor. You can read the orginal German, or in English.

And now for the roleplay side of the game.

First up, Meridian has been busy with his email corispondence apparently. Here's his email coversation all spelled out for you. Covers a nice bit of ground.

Next up is about the Feature Character's on the Euro server. You can check it out here.

And lastly, and more as a bit of curiousity, Nazgul (a Wolfpack employee, not the Dark Riders from Middle Earth) has posted the starts of a story in the Golden Lion forum. You can check it out here. And to help with these stories ingame are all of the social commands. All of the emodes which have an animation, such as laughter and point. SB Warcry is putting together a section devoted to them, which beta testers are contributing. You can see the list here. And a long list it is.

Hopefully that fills you in on any lose bits of news in the Shadowbane realm.
