If there have been any changes to your email address since you have started your account, or if you are unsure if you entered in the correct one, please take a moment to update this information now. We require updated information in order to provide better support for you. Any email sent into our Customer Service department can be handled more quickly if the email address on the account is correct. Also, some in-game appeals are answered via email while you are offline, as well as any correspondence with our violations or dispute department. We will never sell or give out your email address to anyone, and it is used only for purposes of communicating information about your account to you.

To update your email address, from the server select screen, click on the '˜Edit Account' tab on the bottom. On the next screen, it is not necessary to fill in all the fields, instead only fill in the fields that require updating. Click '˜Ok' and you are finished.
