Blizzard Entertainment accidentally updated their Diablo II website with info about the upcoming v1.10 patch. It appears someone was jumping the gun a bit because the site was promptly returned to it's pre-1.10 state.

Don't be perturbed though! Ever on the ball, the good people at diabloii.net grabbed all the important stuff and have posted it to their site.

There is of course a caveat: This was leaked information and doesn't represent the current state of the 1.10 patch.
