Troika's a company with plenty of role-playing game experience and the people there understand what makes a good RPG: good stories, good characters and lots of interaction. Having seven completely different experiences based on which clan you are playing is simply brilliant, and using the Half-Life 2 engine won't hurt either. One of the strengths of Half-Life 2 is the incredible way in which character models can display emotions, and since so much of an RPG is conveyed through dialogue . well, you can see where I'm going here. I wanted to avoid any "toothy" metaphors, but . what the heck. I can't wait to sink my fangs into Vampire: The Masquerade -- Bloodlines.
