In addition, bracers such as these add an additional 11 to their wearer's Armor Class. (Developer's Note: The exact Ranged Weapon skill and Armor Class addition is determined by the power of the individual when found. Exact game numbers will vary, depending upon how powerful the character was when the item was discovered).
