The Temple of Elemental Evil doesn't have any show-stopping bugs. In fact, the problems I point out here are minor enough to get hammered out with a patch or two. ToEE is a good RPG with a fair share of replayability and outstanding visuals. Troika is really on to something here, though after my first time through I was left longing for that good old Troika storytelling.

Overall The Temple of Elemental Evil is a refreshing entry to the genre and once the bug problems are squashed it will make a fine addition to any role player's library. It's a fun turn base crpg that has the best representation of the Dungeons and Dragons rules. If you can over look the drawbacks of the game then you won't be disappointed.
