Various other improvements are there to augment your experience. The level cap is now at 40, instead of 20 and there are now 11 prestige classes in total. The single player campaign will only take you up to level 30, but multiplayer justifies this. Instead of only being able to hire one henchman, like in the previous two installments, you can now hire two. This helps to further the epic atmosphere, and believe me, it really is epic. Speaking of henchman, you'll meet various familiar faces if you played through the original campaign and Shadows of Undrentide. You'll even run into some familiar villians. These two factors fill you with an unbelievable sense of nostalgia when you encounter them. That is, if you played theough the first two campaigns. The storyline is akin to Baldur's Gate 2 in that it makes you feel that the plot revolves around you and that you're not just a pawn involved in a much bigger plan.
