In closing, I'd say this is a must-play if you have a friend to join you in killing hoards of baddies. The game has a solid playing time of well over 15 hours the first time through and you can then take your character and play through again at a higher difficulty if you want to. Many of the dungeons are also randomly generated so playing through again will alter the experience somewhat. Snowblind did an excellent job with the random system, I honestly can't tell what's static and what's random in various areas. The BG: Dark Alliance series never really did it for me like this one does. Kudos to Snowblind for evolving their original engine and coming out with a solid game experience.
And the second can be found at Silven Crossroads with an overall score of 8.25/10:
Still, Champions of Norrath is a great game, although also a conflicted one. Not exactly perfect, but definitely worth a try, this Diablo clone-on-steroids is something that any action RPG fan can enjoy. Whether you play it online or offline, with friends or with strangers, Champions of Norrath brings the robust fantasy world of Everquest to life, this time with an emphasis on real-time action and fast paced combat. Hopefully, we'll see a sequel in the future, since the basic idea behind this game is hampered by its bugs. A well-polished Champions of Norrath 2 would be a game I'd get in line to buy, and I'm willing to bet I wouldn't be the only one.
