Xbox RPG Rampage, Part Two

An open-ended RPG set in a massive world that allowed for over 100 hours of gameplay, Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind was not only a big hit on Xbox, it's one of the best non-Japanese RPGs ever made. Yesterday, Bethesda spoke of the next Elder Scrolls, but made no illusions that it would come out on Xbox. It is certainly a PC first title that may not ship until 2006. However, it seems highly unlikely that Elder Scrolls IV won't make it onto Xbox or Xbox 2 at some point, considering the ease of porting from the PC and the success of Morrowind. There's absolutely no news on what to expect from the new Elder Scrolls but a new engine and a couple hundred more hours of gameplay seem a safe bet.
