A: What plans are there for player support in and outside of the Matrix Online?
A: Our core game master team is already ramping up and will continue to grow as we approach launch. The final members of the first group are already in house and taking shifts during beta testing.
Most assistance will come through the customer care interface, which is accessible both internally and externally. There's a front end that allows players to put in "petitions" for anything from bug reports to harassment complaints. Our game masters answer petitions and jump into the game whenever needed. You'll also be able to chat directly with a game master through the customer care system, if needed.
Outside the game there are the message boards, which are mostly for player-to-player communication. We're also working on a fansite kit for player-run websites and revamping the newsletter.
