EverQuest II First Impressions

Soon enough, I found myself in the area neighboring the great big city of Qeynos, home to Norrath's benevolently-aligned beings. I soon found out that before acquiring citizenship in the city proper, I'd have to jump through some hoops, which I'm admittedly not done with. The quests leading up to this involved getting acquainted with the surrounding areas, and learning the locations of player housing, and the banks. I'm normally not one for these types of quests, but the way they seem to be handled in EverQuest II is pretty painless. The quests themselves are relatively short, and completing them garners you minor rewards, which includes experience points. Since I'm not terrible familiar with the game, I figured going through these motions could only help, too.
