I came into this game expecting to find some Final Fantasy type music, or at least orchestrated music. But, I was wrong. The sound throughout the game is very well put together and without a doubt impressive. The battle music is fairly good and almost always the same. No theme music is awarded after defeating some foes; the music just slowly fades out. The cutscene music is very well put together with the type of scene that's going on. For example: The Bard is walking in the forest, and gets ambushed by various enemies. When that happens, the music gets very suspenseful and pumps the adrenaline.
