I've been in the games industry for over seven years. I started out in marketing (please don't hold that against me!) before getting a job in Community Relations on Ultima Online. After managing Ultima Online's Community Relations department for a while, I got the design bug and became a designer on UO and then eventually a lead designer on another project. I've been with SOE for about 8 months now and was given the opportunity to work with the Community team for SWG.
