Interestingly, each time you enter the city streets you'll be inserted into a randomly generated neighborhood. On one hand this should make the game less repetitive to a degree, but part of the charm of a massively multiplayer game is becoming familiar with the game world like you might the streets and neighborhoods of your home town. Even though they were random, the environments in the game are looking fantastic, along with the rest of the game's graphics. Interestingly enough, you can get a better view of your character and the gorgeously destroyed environments by playing from the third-person; as with many other contemporary first-person shooters, Hellgate: London affords you the freedom to switch perspectives on the fly.
