Dungeon Lords v1.3 Patch Spell Fixes

Some of the members on DreamCatcher's official Dungeon Lords forum have pointed out that several of the game's spells have been fixed in the v1.3 patch, although such fixes were not mentioned in the patch notes. Here is a short list posted by forum member Simith:

Arcane:
Shooting Sparks
Flamethrower

Nether:
None

Rune:
Rune Shield (but not Boon Shield)
Rune Warrior
Spitting Shield
Anti Magic Shield

Celestial:
None
