Albion's undead problem is little spoken of in polite company. Many years ago, the civil wars of the great Old Kingdom left the entire land strewn with the bodies of fallen soldiers. Due to the high levels of magical energy inherent in the Old Kingdom's buildings, the bodies of great generals, their lieutenants and their troops twitch into life when passing travelers inadvertently disturb their rest.
