Q: Screenshots of the delve for the Star of Destiny found on some websites shows no level requirements (I would assume from early versions of TOA). The delve for the Star of Destiny that I have show a level 50 requirement. Has it always been this way?
A: Yes. But we're going to change it to 40, because the rest of your email (asking why there was no mechanism for ML respec sooner than 50) was pretty compelling.
