Gameworld Network has written up their own two-page review of The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, giving the expansion pack an overall score of 96%.

Bethesda came close to the perfect RPG when they released The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. With Shivering Isles they may have achieved the perfect expansion.

Oblivion may have its moments, but it is far from "perfect."
