Hellgate: London's Hunter Faction

IGN PC has put together a quick overview of two of the classes available to the Hunter faction in Flagship Studios' Hellgate: London. The Marksman:
The technologically adept Marksman will appreciate the advanced ammunition available. Ricochet and Reflected Shot provide bonuses for Critical Strikes. Marksman lore says that bullets take on their own personality when imbued with these properties. Those with Ricochet enjoy killing so much they sometimes have a second go. And Reflected bullets can rally the whole clip into bouncing off walls and enemies. These allow small bursts in narrow hallways to destroy hordes of enemies. The higher level Ammo skills allow for Homing Bullets, auto Muli-Splitting projectiles, and devastating Hollow Points.

Defensive skills are a life-saver when things get too hot. Escape engages a cloaking device, allowing for an early exit and time to reposition for a more advantageous attack. Rapid fire gives the Marksman a small window to unload all ammo at once, clearing a path to safety when surrounded by baddies. It also comes in handy to quickly deflate the head of a boss or other high-level demon that thinks a bit too much of itself. The Beacon tree highlights weaknesses in opponents, allowing for a focused attack and quick kills when speed is of the essence. A one-two punch of Beacon and Rapid Fire, followed by Escape lets the Marksman deal heavy damage at close range and retire to safety.
