Interplay has filed its quarterly report for the end of 2007 at SEC. It reveals very little, other than they hired a software developer (Jason D. Anderson), are now leasing office space (until April 2008, according to the filing, but we can assume that's been extended), settled their debt to BioWare, but still have a 1 million USD debt to Atari (due March 31) with a working cash balance of 1 million USD. They're looking to exploit their license back option to develop FOOL as well as sequels to their remaining properties, such as Dark Alliance, Earthworm: Jim and Descent. It claims to have 5 products in production in in-house development, though "in production" should be taken in its broadest possible sense of the term, here.
