GameZone has conjured up a fairly generic interview with Demiurge's Al Reed about what we can expect from their PC port of BioWare's Mass Effect. On modding the game:
Will there be a way for fans to create mod content in the PC version?

Al: We have nothing to announce on that subject right now.

I'd bet we'll see some KotOR-like modding going on within the ME community.
