Xbox 360 RPG Announcements Expected

CVG is reporting that Microsoft plans to host an "RPG Premiere" press conference in Shibuya, Japan, during which at least a few new Xbox 360 RPGs are expected to be announced.

At least two of the games showcased at the event are expected to be Square Enix's The Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery. Hopefully, we'll also get a look at Mistwalker's long announced Cry On, which seems to have disappeared off the radar.

With the announcements the Xbox 360 should once again solidify itself as the current-gen console of choice for RPG fans. Bizarre, considering it's the only one of the big three not come from Japan...

One would assume that no Western-style RPGs will be mentioned, but you never know.
