The guys at Game of the Art have released a 32-page design document from Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2, a proposed sequel to Interplay's much-loathed console adaptation. Penned by Fallout 1 designer Brian Feyermuth, the document includes quite a few interesting tidbits, including the fact that the "Fat Boy" predates Bethesda's Fallout 3:
