No Mutants Allowed has gathered some tidbits from Interplay's financials as the company approaches the April 4th deadline when they need to have $30 million in financing or lose the Fallout Online license. Amongst the tidbits is the fact that Interplay has purchased three IPs ("Conquer Series", "M1 Tank Platoon Series" and "Subwar") from I2G, and this statement from Chris Taylor indicating Interplay is at least still working on Project V13.

We've been working on V13 for over a year. We'll be able to say more about the project when the time is right. Which will hopefully be soon! (But I don't know the exact date we'll be able to say more, suffice it to say, I'm as eager as any of you to start talking details.)
