Fallout 3 The Pitt DLC Review

Bethesda has taken the time to ensure that The Pitt is a distinct experience from your exploits in D.C, so your mission to relieve overlord Ashur of the '˜cure' for the disease that's turning people into Trogs and Wildmen is a refreshingly linear experience. There are one or two ancillary missions, but The Pitt itself is a contained area that explorers can finish within a few hours. The slave bosses fleece you of your entire inventory when entering the ghetto too, which is initially disconcerting. But, if you've been wandering the wasteland at level 20 like a T1000 in early nineties Los Angeles, it comes as a much-needed change of pace.
