According to 2K Games' Cult of Rapture website, BioShock 2 is destined for store shelves on November 3rd, 2009. Those of you located elsewhere in the world can expect it a few days earlier:

Are you ready to start counting down the days until BioShock 2 hits store shelves? You can start now! BioShock 2 will be arriving on October 30th internationally and November 3rd in North America for the Xbox 360Â®, PLAYSTATIONÂ® 3 system, and PC.
