While we already knew that we could score a Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Ring for pre-ordering with GameStop, it wasn't until today that we learned about a Dalish Promise Ring pre-order incentive from Direct2Drive. The item's stats:

Intended for a Dalish elf's bethrothed, this enchanted silver band was blessed by the tribe's Keeper to ensure a long, healthy life.

-Increased effectiveness of healing effects
-Subtract damage from darkspawn attacks
-Increase combat health regeneration

I'd be willing to bet money that these items will be spawnable from some sort of console, the included toolset, or savegame editor within the first week of release, anyway.
