The Circle Tower profile page on the official Dragon Age: Origins website has been updated with a 70-second trailer that briefly describes the tower's purpose and what we'll find there during our inevitable visit.

Additionally, the gallery section is now home to the game's 15-second and 30-second TV commercials, the latter of which I spotted over the weekend.
