Background

This quest deals with sending a package to University of Oxenfurt. The package consists of a journey report made by the captain of Petra Silie ship.


Walkthrough

Starting this quest requires you to loot the captain's body at #1 for a key. Once the key is in your possession, move a bit to the right and you'll see a red sparkling chest. The key you just obtained fits the lock.

Next step involves posting the letter to send it to Oxenfurt. It can be done at two places, either Loredo's house (#3) (during the main quest Indecent Proposal) or Louis Merse's office. Much easier alternative, which reaps the same results, is to go to the chancellor's office at #2.

Once you're over there at #2, it could be interesting to read other reports and letters by Louis Merse. Talk to him about the postbox and use Axii during the dialog to mind control him into giving you the key. Then you can open the postbox, read the letter and solidify your assumptions about Loredo and Louis Merse's corruption. This quest is continued in Act II.
