Forked Lightning: The first victim struck releases 1 smaller bolt, which strikes the nearest target, causing the same amount of damage.
Thunderstruck: Targets are paralyzed for 2 seconds.
Heartbleed: Targets have a 10% chance of dying outright (doesn't work on nemesises).
