You'll face a lot of mutated super spiders on this level. Head west, then go through the south door when you've killed all the enemies.
BLOB MOUTH
There's another blob mouth as you go south. It didn't try to suck me in while I blasted it, though.
EXIT
The exit to level four is behind the blob mouth.
