There is a save point and a chest in this corner.
BROKEN CRANE
If you use this broken crane, it will drop its cargo. You can loot the stuff from the box when you get back to the main floor.

BLOCKED PASSAGE
The way is blocked here, but be sure to backtrack to the other side for some loot.
