Inside this bag you'll find a Petrified Human Finger. Picking up the finger will trigger the quest "Wentworth's Sixth Finger." To complete the quest, you'll just need to deliver the finger to Sister Phylias in Hightown (during the day). For your efforts, you'll receive 1 sovereign and 750 xp.

You might learn about this stash during the quest Inside Job. Inside you'll find about 40 silvers.
