Background

You discovered the corpse of a Lescanzi adventurer in the desert, probably killed by one of his "friends." If you search for the other adventurers, you might find out what happened to them... and their treasure.


Walkthrough

You'll trigger this quest when you discover the body of a mercenary near the eastern gate to the Abbey of St. Hiram (#1). On the corpse you'll find a journal, which will indicate that the mercenary and his partners planned to meet at an oasis in the desert.

Find the Meeting Site

When you reach the meeting site (#2), you'll find another corpse. This time the corpse will have a map showing the location of their camp to the northeast.

Find the Adventurers' Camp

You'll discover the mercenaries' camp (#4) hidden behind a breakable wall (#3) to the northeast. Inside the camp you'll find the third and final mercenary corpse, plus a treasure chest containing a minor essence and two random "blue" items. When you examine the corpse, you'll complete the quest and earn 1535 xp.
