Walkthrough

For this quest, you'll need to make your way to the top floor of Talushorn and there track down the Crux of Ages (#2). Along the way you'll have to deal with numerous Taurax Legionnaires, Taurax Scouts and Taurax Spearmasters -- plus General Ghorr (#1), who is a nasty melee boss. Please refer to the Talushorn location entry for information on how to navigate the fortress and defeat the enemies living within.

When you get close enough to the crux, you'll complete the quest and earn 5000 xp. Then to complete the game, you'll need to activate the Strange Viewing Glass while you're in the room with the crux, which will cause Korren to appear nearby. When you talk to Korren, you'll trigger the ending sequence, which will play out the same way no matter what you say to him. Congratulations for completing Eschalon: Book II!
