There are no "called shots" in D&D. But when I DM I like to have called shots becuase it makes it more real. but offical word is there are no called shots. so just make up your own rules

Alright other than whats in the PHB and the pretige (sp?) classes in the DMG. What book can I buy that has differnt classes. Cause I'd like to play somthing else other than whats in the DMG and PHB thanks guys

I have two charcters that i'm running. They are only really there for story. one of them is going to be friends with group then end up betraying the group and such. they come and go.

I'm using my own story I have written out. I got some set events to happen. But I know I can have too much planed out cause it might blow up in my face. And it went really good They like how i tell the story and that I made custom maps for my town, Wilderness fights and such. Seems to be going great ...

Okay I flippin thru the monster manuel and I had a question about CR. Like Goblin's they have a Challendge rating of 1/4 what does that mean is it a CR of 1 or a CR of 4? Doesn't really make sense to me I don't wanna be throwing tuff mosters at my low level guys now could someone explain this to me ...
