I think it's about chapter two, just after you've finished up at Targos(with the goblins) and Oswald has crashed his ship. Im currently in the ice temple at level two, in Oria's games room. I cant find the Black Wolf Talisman anywhere(Black Wolf temple, level 2) and the alt key does nothing...
