im extremely skilled and high leveled and want to go to sotha sil, is completing the main quest the only way to get there?if not how do i get there??

i found this game at gamestop for 15 bucks, and am wondering if i should buy it, im a huge fan of morrowind, so is it, on any level, as good or better than morrowind??? oh yah, is it free roaming or mission based.??
