The key to the last door is in one of the rooms before the door you have to put the 4 digit code into. IIRC its on the counter. Switching between persons is the letter "Z".

Yes he gives you the Fae Charm, but I think only if you play a Toreador or what ever clan he is. I never got it playing any other clan.
