Will it work on saved games?

The guy im supposed to whack for Bishop and make it look like an "accident."
The problem is...I can't get into his damn ranch at NCR. That stupid forcefield is blocking me and the guard wont let me in.

I got it. You left-click hold and select one of the head icons. Why didn't this game come with a manual....

Well I got plenty of micro fusion cells...but I still dont understand how to recharge the car. I'm not seeing any car options on the world map.

My Highwayman is outta power in the middle of nowhere. How do I get it working again?

I thought all you needed to become a porn star was high agility.

I just leveled up and I thought this was funny. One of the perk options is Kama Sutra Master. Er...does this serve any purpose? Seems pretty useless to me.

I figured it out. It's because you cant have any NPC's with you...not even Dogmeat.

There not supposed to attack me! I've done it before where I could even talk to the Nightkin...now no matter what...they just automatically strike.
This makes no sense. I dont have any weapons on me and it's impossible to sneak by them because their standing so close to the stairs.
What did I do ...

Every time I try to reach Morpheous at the Cathedral...the damn nightkin always attack me. I even have the COC robes on, and a COC badge after Lasher said it was alright for me to see him.
What's the deal?

Oh...I got one more question. Is the combat shotgun considered a big gun or small gun?

This might be a stupid....but I have no idea how to read holo-discs. Vree told me to insert it in my pipboy 2000....er....HOW HOW HOW?!

At the Tannery building in Modoc...there's a guy named Balthas that's supposed to give me a quest to find his son Jonny(who is in the Ghost Farm). The problem is...the option to help find his son doesn't show up in the dialog choices when I talk to him. The only dialog options I get are:

In Arryo...you are supposed to be able to ask the bridge guard about his spear and he is able to sharpen it for you...by using flint or something. When I talk to him...I get no options about a spear. What gives?

Yeah as you can see...I'm new to this whole Fallout world. I bought both Fallout1&2....but the thing is they didn't come with an intruction manual.

1. What are perception points? How do you gain perception points?
2. If one of your party member dies...is he/she dead forever?

Oh god I was talking to the wrong guard...I though Vic was with all those other slaves. Agh I feel stupid.

I talked to Metzger and he said I can go see Vic but when I try to open the door to get to him...the guard tells me to piss off, even though Metzger said it was ok for me to go in :confused: . The only other way I can get to Vic is if I kill all the guards but my guy and NPC are too weak and end up ...
