What does the mask do? I thought it existed purely for story line.

Which campaign setting do you guys prefer? I've read a lot of the DL novels and some of of FR novels written by RA Salvadore. Since I've seen both sides, I don't see how more ppl like the FR setting. I'd choose DL just for Fizban and Tasselhoff alone. Maybe someone can explain this mystery to me.

I don't see why they changed from kits to prestige class in the first place. Are kits that complicated? Does anyone know how the a characters stat points will be handled? I've read that it won't be like BG2 with the rerolls but with a pool of pts. Does anyone know what the number of pts we are going to be given to play with?

I think it's cool when text appears over a enemies head for help from his comrades. I think bioware should do this more and include taunts in addition to the usual, "Slay my attacker."

Thanks everyone. I completely forgot about the patches. Everything works fine now.

Before I reformatted I saved all the files that are left over after you uninstall the game. Now that I've reinstalled the game I've copied the old files back into my BG directory but now it won't let me play my saved games. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
